In this ever changing world "Security" is an essential part of day to day life. From the initial
interview stage we select only the individuals that meet our high standards and our own
continuous development plan. We ensure we enable our employees to complete there roles with all

Globe, has its own in-house Training Facilities. At Globe Training Academies (Chennai,
Bangalore, New Delhi & Vadodara) the Recruited personnel are put through rigorous Physical and
Classroom Trainings on every conceivable aspect of "Security". The Training Syllabi has been
designed by very professional Trainers and in line with the current and future requirements of
the Growing Security Industry in India. The Instructors at the Training Academy are retired
Indian Army Officers from the Education & Training Wing.

Supervision
|
|
The quality and consistency of on-site security supervision determines the quality of personnel
and alertness offered by Globe. Our consistent policy of supervision eliminates the
deterioration of officers providing an alert and pro-active service found in other security
companies.
That’s why at Globe, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are used at every site and random
supervision inspections are conducted by our seasoned supervisors. A Globe Supervisor would
visit each Client Location at least twice on a random time, each week. |
