With an impressive 37 years of experience in investigation, due diligence, and security services, he stands as a seasoned expert in his field.

A true global player, Sachit is a member of esteemed organizations such as the Council of International Investigators (CII), Investment Migration Council (IMC), American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International), World Association of Detectives (WAD), and International Intelligence Network (INTELLENET). Notably, he served as the President of CII for a historic four-year term, showcasing his leadership and influence in the industry.

Sachit's accolades extend beyond his professional affiliations; he was honored with the "Lifetime Achievement Award in Investigation" by the President of India in 2012, a testament to his outstanding contributions. Today, he not only spearheads GDA's operations across India but has also played a pivotal role in expanding the company's global footprint, operational in 60 countries. Sachit's particular emphasis on enhancing due diligence and background investigation services has positioned GDA as a key player in the investment migration industry.

Mr. Puneet Kumar - Director

Joined the organisation in 1992.

Puneet, armed with an MBA from the University of Wales, UK, seamlessly integrated into the family business, infusing it with a fresh perspective and dynamic energy. His mantra, "When the going gets tough, the tough get going," encapsulates his steadfast resolve to overcome challenges and drive results.

Involved in various facets of the organization, Puneet's leadership is distinguished by his breadth of vision, foresight, and dogged determination. Currently at the helm of the entire South India region, he assumes a multifaceted role, overseeing every aspect of the business. As a Director, Puneet plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, ensuring its continued dominance as a pioneer and leader in the industry since the 1960s.

Beyond his impactful contributions within the organization, Puneet actively engages in global forums such as the Council of International Investigations (CII) and the World Association of Detectives. This underscores his commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and fostering international collaborations, solidifying his position as a forward-thinking leader in the industry.

Mr. Gautam Kumar - President

Joined the organisation in 2011.

Gautam's journey into the family business in 2011 marked the seamless transition of the third generation into the fold. With a background in the finance industry, he brought adept people management skills and a keen understanding of customer satisfaction dynamics to the table.

Embarking on a transformative journey with Globe, Gautam underwent an intensive year-long training across diverse branch offices, immersing himself in the intricacies of Investigations & Security. His blend of excellent communication prowess and analytical acumen allowed him to navigate over 3,000 cases, showcasing an unwavering commitment to excellence.

As President, Gautam not only oversees nationwide operations in investigations but actively contributes to various facets of the business. His involvement extends to shaping the strategic direction and growth initiatives of the company, ensuring its continued success and prominence in the industry.

Beyond his responsibilities at Globe, Gautam is actively engaged with the Council of International Investigators (CII), currently serving as the Vice-President. Additionally, he is a member of the International Intelligence Network (INTELLENET), further solidifying his presence and influence in the global investigative landscape.

Mr. Prabhat Chatterjee - General Manager (Taxation)

Joined the organisation in 1967.

Joining us in 1967, Mr. Chatterjee has been a witness to our evolution, playing a crucial role in navigating the intricate landscape of taxation regulations and compliance. His meticulous attention to detail not only ensures regulatory compliance but also significantly contributes to our financial stability and growth trajectory.

Having closely worked with our Founder & Chairman, Late Capt. Mrs. Maria David - Vice-President - Finance

Mr. Mukesh Jain - General Manager (Finance)

Commander S. Jagadeesan I.N. Retd. – Vice President (South India), Chennai

Mr. Srinath- Vice President (West India)

With an esteemed tenure of 25 years, Mr. Srinath epitomizes excellence in security operations at GDA. As the stalwart overseeing security, investigations, and overall security operations in West India, he stands as a beacon of reliability and expertise.

Mr. Srinath's tenure is distinguished by his laser-focused approach to managing major security contracts for prominent multinational corporations across Gujarat. His meticulous attention to detail and unwavering professionalism ensure that every aspect of security operations is executed flawlessly, guaranteeing the safety and integrity of GDA's clients.

At the helm, Mr. Srinath commands a formidable team of over 2000 security personnel. His exceptional leadership and strategic acumen empower the team to operate with precision and efficiency, delivering unparalleled protection and peace of mind to clients and stakeholders.

Mr. Srinath's dedication and proficiency in his field continue to enhance GDA's reputation as a trusted provider of security solutions, ensuring the safety and security of all its operations in West India.

Mr. Ravindra Saxena - Regional Manager

Joined the organization 1978

Ravindra commenced his career in February 1977 at Kirlosker Pneumatic Company Limited, Pune, swiftly transitioning to the Lucknow branch in February 1978 as a Sales and Service Engineer. Demonstrating exceptional aptitude, he managed all divisions with precision. He steadily climbed the corporate ladder, achieving promotions to Assistant Manager in 1983, Deputy Manager in 1987, and Manager in 1991.

Joining Globe Detective, Ravindra led the Electronic Division, overseeing significant projects like Fire Alarm Systems installations for prestigious clients. Promoted to Branch Manager in October 1994, he later became Regional Manager in 2007.

Today, as a leader in the Investigation and Electronic Division, Ravindra's tenure at Globe Detective reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence and visionary leadership.

Mr. Nishit Mandal - Vice President (Projects), East India

Joined the organisation in 2000.

Nishit, armed with a degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science and a prestigious Graduate Membership from The Institution of Fire Engineers, UK, is a versatile professional with a unique blend of technical prowess and business acumen. Beginning with a stint in electrical manufacturing and academia in Computer Science, Nishit embarked on his journey with Globe as a Sales & Service Engineer back in 2000.

In his tenure with GDA, Nishit not only led but paved the road to significant growth in the Electronics Division for East India. His journey within the company has been nothing short of meteoric, climbing the corporate ladder from Asst. Manager to Vice President (Projects). His dedication and innovative brilliance have been pivotal in this ascent.

Instrumental in collaborating with both national and international OEMs, Nishit is not just a professional but an active member of industry associations like FSAI & ISHRAE. His story is a testament to the power of expertise, dedication, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Ms. Priyanshi Kumar - Assistant Vice President

Joined the organisation in 2023.

Priyanshi's journey into the world of business and psychology commenced at UC Berkeley, where she pursued a Double Major in Cognitive Science and Psychology, complemented by a specialization in Data Science.

Her early career unfolded in the vibrant landscape of Silicon Valley, dedicating two dynamic years to a tech startup named Shippo. At Shippo, she navigated the complex terrain of People Operations, seamlessly donning various hats in HR operations and data analysis. Her time at Shippo not only honed her analytical skills but also provided invaluable insights into the intricate workings of a rapidly evolving tech ecosystem.

Driven by a desire to bring her investigative skills to the forefront, Priyanshi is determined to make her mark in the family business in this new chapter with Globe.

Mr. Praharsh Vachhrajani - Regional Manager, Gujarat

Joined the organisation in 2019.

Praharsh, armed with a Commerce Degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University in Vadodara, Gujarat, is a dynamic professional with a robust 19-year journey marked by multicultural expertise. A maestro in directing administration, security operations, client relationships, investigations, surveillance, and due diligence, he brings a wealth of experience to the table.

His forte lies in crafting and fine-tuning security frameworks, adeptly assessing and mitigating risks, and making critical decisions that steer large-scale projects to success. Praharsh thrives in crisis management and excels in securing environments that others might find challenging.

Before joining Globe, he left an indelible mark in manufacturing companies like Manpasand Beverages Ltd., Shaily Engineering & Plastic Limited, and Aims Industries Limited, where his administrative and security management roles showcased his unwavering commitment to excellence.

Mr. Sajan Antony - Project Head, Logistics Division

Joined the organisation in 2017.

Sajan, armed with an MBA in Marketing and an impressive 28 years of experience in Telecom and BFSI sectors, is a seasoned professional with a wealth of expertise. Well-versed in Customer Life Cycle Management, Client Management, Project Management, and Data Analytics, he brings a strategic edge to the table.

Having left his mark on top corporates like BPL Telecom, HDFC – SLIC, Birla Group, and Reliance Communications, Sajan joined GDA in 2017 as an Area Manager in Karnataka. Since then, his journey has been nothing short of transformative. Currently serving as a Project Head, he oversees operations in Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, UP, and Uttarakhand.

During his tenure at GDA, Sajan has successfully completed various projects and processes that demand a combination of technical, analytical, and process knowledge. His leadership has been instrumental in not only building team capability but also in delivering projects with precision. In the past 6 years, under his guidance, the customer base and revenue handled have surged by an impressive 800%, with gross customer additions standing at an astounding 1200%.

Debasish Ghosh - Senior Manager, East India

Joined the organisation in 2002.

Debashish, a trailblazer from the onset, joined the organization as a Sales & Service Engineer fresh off completing his Diploma in Electrical Engineering. His expedition within the electronics division has been nothing short of fascinating and rewarding.

In the intricate realm of electronics, fire safety, ELV solutions, and maintenance, Debashish's role seamlessly blended technical expertise with customer engagement. This fusion laid the groundwork for his comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted field. His journey has been marked by continuous growth, with promotions from Assistant Manager - Business Development in 2007, to Manager - Business Development in 2010, and finally reaching the pinnacle as Senior Manager in 2014.

Debashish's current role is a dynamic mix of maintenance service and new business development, a testament to his versatile skill set and unwavering commitment to the organization's success.

Mr. Srinath- Vice President (West India)

Jooined the organisation in 1998.

Rachna Tandon - Assistant General Manager

Joined the organization in 2001.

Ms. Rachna Tandon, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Graduating with a Master's in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2006, she has been an indispensable part of GDA throughout her tenure.

Rachna specializes in corporate investigations and global enhanced due diligence. She excels in identifying misconduct, fraud, and illicit activities within organizations, providing crucial insights for decision-making. Proficient in pre and post-background checks, she effectively utilizes open-source investigations.

Her dedication and professionalism significantly contribute to the agency's reputation for comprehensive and reliable services, fostering trust with clients and stakeholders.

Amelda Balu- Senior Manager (South India)

Joined the organization in 1995

Starting as the Executive Assistant to our late Chairman in 2000, Amelda assumed the role of EA to our Director in 2001. Today, she holds the position of Senior Manager, showcasing her progression and invaluable contributions to Globe.

Amelda is an administrative professional, playing a vital role in both the business and organizational realms. She adeptly manages and organizes all office tasks, implements procedures, and carries out administrative duties with precision. Through her dedication, loyalty, perseverance, and commitment, Mrs. Amelda Balu has indisputably proven to be an invaluable asset to Globe.

Natalina Vaz - Senior Manager (West India)

Joined the organization in 1981

Mrs. Natalina Vaz embarked on her journey at GDA as an Executive Assistant to our late MD, Mr. Vivek Kumar. Throughout the years, she has been instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the Mumbai & Pune branches. A vital component of the organization, Natalina specializes in people management. Her work ethic is unparalleled, and she excels in multifaceted roles within the organization, currently serving directly under the President.
